Service Monitoring is offline and online checking the quality and procedures of either a website or Service, you have to complete a questionnaire regarding the service you received.
This can be either.
1. Checking websites online, whether they were easy to use, links were working, emails received and how quickly, how accessible the website was and more.
2. Checking Services of a company, ie ringing a company for information, then waiting to receive this, sending it in with dates and time and a short questionnaire.
3. Checking Service levels of services ie, Doctors surgeries, council offices, children’s services and more.
